Overview
A former Vicente Sederberg law clerk and now associate attorney in the Corporate and Business practice group at the Denver office, Brett Williams is well-versed in cannabis law. Brett focuses his practice on transactional and business matters relating to the cannabis industry, including license acquisitions, commercial real estate deals, business formation, and regulatory due diligence.
While in law school, Brett served as a law clerk to the U.S. Attorney's Office and served on the Students for Sensible Drug Policy (SSDP) Executive Council for the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law chapter. He also served on the Honor Board at the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law, acting as class representative and President.
In his free time, Brett enjoys golfing and hiking with his dog Louie. He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and Denver Bar Association.
