
Overview
Carl Werner is a partner at Vicente Sederberg and focuses his practice on several areas of law, including corporate and small business transactions, product liability, and international law. He originally joined VS as a law clerk in 2014.
While attending Harvard Law School, Carl served as a research assistant to Professor Charles Nesson and clerked for the ACLU of Massachusetts. Prior to law school, Carl co-founded two small businesses, worked as a writer and tax preparer, and served as a campaign staffer for Senator Claire McCaskill of Missouri during her successful 2012 re-election race.
