
Overview
Catie Wightman is an associate attorney in Vicente Sederberg’s Denver office, where she focuses on regulatory compliance for hemp and marijuana businesses. She is responsible for assisting hemp and marijuana clients in navigating complex federal, state, and local regulatory frameworks.
Before joining VS, Catie interned with the Honorable William W. Hood, III at the Colorado Supreme Court where she prepared memoranda analyzing complex legal issues and recommending whether the court grant or deny certiorari.
Catie graduated Order of the Coif from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where she was an associate editor of the University of Denver Law Review and a member of the Student National Cannabis Bar Association.
