Overview

Will Denney is an associate attorney at Vicente LLP in the firm’s Denver office. He is responsible for assisting the corporate practice group in drafting contracts, forming business entities, and performing due diligence in corporate transactions. 

Will holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma City University. While completing these degrees, he also achieved fluency in Spanish and German and has a strong foundation in Mandarin Chinese. 

Will is currently completing his Juris Doctorate with an Intellectual Property Certificate at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. He has also received Scholastic Excellence Awards in the areas of advanced legal research and copyright law. Prior to joining Vicente LLP in his current role, Will worked at the firm as a law clerk during the summer of 2022.
