Andrew Livingston discusses Inflation and Marijuana Prices with 9NEWS

The decline in the price of wholesale and retail cannabis in Colorado, despite the national impact of inflation on the price of products, leaves a trail of possibilities for why this may be the case.

In a recent interview with NEXT 9News, VS director of economics and research Andrew Livingston breaks down why the price of cannabis is declining and answers the question, "Is Weed Immune to Inflation?"

"All of the cannabis products that are sold in Colorado are produced in Colorado. Our supply chains are shorter," Andrew Livingston tells 9News. "When we look at the prices for cannabis in the state of Colorado, what we’re seeing is there are factors even stronger which are pushing the prices downward."
