Brian Vicente Discusses Social Equity and the War on Drugs with Brave New Weed

VS partner Brian Vicente joined Joe Dolce of Brave New Weed to discuss how and why some of the first cannabis legalization laws had no provisions for social equity and what is being done now to correct them. Also discussed were newer state cannabis laws that attempted to thoughtfully address the criminal justice and economic factors related to social justice in the cannabis industry, but still fell short in implementation.
