Jennifer Cabrera to present at NECANN New Jersey

Sep 10, 2019

The first annual New Jersey Cannabis Convention is coming to Atlantic city on September 14-15, 2019!

VS attorney Jennifer Cabrera will present on Saturday, September 14 at 2:00pm. Her presentation, "Hemp Here and Now: Regulations, Research and Opportunities in the Mid Atlantic" will "empower the audience with an in-depth and up-to-date look at local and national hemp regulations, and why and how states are doing it differently after the passage of the 2018 Farm Bill. This session will be especially important for businesses in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania as Jennifer will also look at the latest research and new and pending legislation, and how they will shape everything from labeling of items containing CBD, to international trade of hemp."

From the organizers:

The New Jersey Cannabis Convention will be the largest gathering of the existing NJ Medical Cannabis Industry and those looking forward to the eventual adult use recreational market – the perfect B2B and B2C platform for everyone doing cannabis business in the northeast, and those who want to! It also serves as an education platform for those interested in learning more about the vital medical marijuana program in New Jersey. There will also be two full programming tracks running each day (medical & business), with dozens of expert speakers with practical knowledge & advice for attendees of all levels of experience and knowledge.

This is a great opportunity for those who are already paving the way in the cannabis industry to promote their existing business, sell their products and engage directly with consumers. The NJ cannabis convention will also serve as a place for newcomers to learn more about the cannabiz market, network with growers, consumers and investors, and learn about what cannabis legalization means for NJ.
