Sally Kent Peebles Voted Chair of Florida Medical Cannabis Advisory Board Subcommittee

Congratulations to Sally Kent Peebles for being voted Chair of the Legislative and Legal Subcommittee within Florida’s Medical Cannabis Advisory Committee!
Florida’s Agricultural Commissioner Nikki Fried formed the committee in June 2019 to “work through ways to expand patient access, increase innovation and technology in the industry, and make recommendations to the Legislature and the Department of Health’s Office of Medical Marijuana Use to improve Florida’s medical marijuana policies and programs.”
Since moving back to her home state, Sally has quickly become a leading voice on cannabis law and policy in Florida, and Folio Weekly magazine included her in its "Best of Jax" 2018 and 2019 lists of the "Best Marijuana Lawyers."
Sally is proud to be working with such an impressive group of cannabis industry individuals and stated, “I look forward to working with the members of the subcommittee to provide guidance to the Department of Agriculture during this critical phase in the development of Florida’s cannabis industry."
